Recognizing the potential of real estate, Costantino Cicchelli became a US citizen, and began investing early in his corporate journey, simultaneously enrolling in a real estate program at the University of Miami. Over the course of his career, he has successfully acquired, managed, and divested numerous real estate assets across multifamily, commercial, and residential sectors. Having transacted over to $1 billion dollars in real estate, Francisco Rodriguez Melo is a successful real estate broker turned investor.
He is a licensed as a Real Estate broker since year 2000, and today leads a team of 30+ employees and agents in his brokerage company. Francisco has a deep understanding and experience managing real estate for investors. At the present time his management company controls over 600 apartments in the Miami and South Florida area, for investors, in the day-to-day operations. Frank is also licensed by the US Government to manage Government subsidized buildings and rentals (Section 8).
His former professional experience as an acquisition, disposition, and leasing agent at the Department of Transportation of Florida, working with engineers, county officials, attorneys, and state administrators, allowed him to develop a multifaceted perspective of Southern Florida’s real estate market.
Frank was the President of CCIM Miami for 2014-2016, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world. He holds a bachelor degree in Political Science, and a Master’s in International Real Estate, from Florida International University.
His experience, both as a broker, and as a property manager, is an invaluable asset for Brick One’s objectives.
Owning and actively managing property in Italy, Brazil, and the US, while residing in part-time in Italy and part-time in the US, Stefano is the company’s natural interface with foreign investors.
Although he has been involved in RE investments for all his life for family reasons, he is trained and has worked in the hard sciences, having started with a bachelor and Master’s Degree in Chemistry at the University of Rome, and then with a Ph.D. from Brandeis University, Waltham, MA. His scientific background and mindset helps him to crunch the numbers that secure Brick One’s financial success.
Thanks to his personal experience as a foreign investor in real estate in the US, he bridges the gap towards the US for non-American investors, providing a streamlined process in all the “non-US” aspects of the investment for foreigners, including optimizing currency exchange, taxation abroad, estate issues etc.
Having lived and worked both in Italy and in the US, is a key factor in his role in Brick One, where often the different needs of investors living and working abroad need to be taken in consideration and related to doing business in the US, with a different culture, language, context, legal and taxation system.
